THE ELEMATIC RECYCLING SYSTEM

makes the factory a comfort zone


The Elematic Recycling System consists of a recycling center and of channels conveying the slurry and excess concrete from the factory floors and bed aisles to the center. The system is based on sedimentation, and separates the rock material from the water. The wastewater is then purified and can be reused in the factory, especially for concrete making at the Batching and Mixing Plant. The rock material can be used for soil enrichment purposes, for example.

The most efficient way to fill with concrete any shape of mould is with one of the Elematic casting methods.

Elematic Comcaster –for environmental pouring

In this Elematic’s special development concrete is poured “pre-compacted” from the bucket. The method is very environmental friendly, decreasing vibration and noise in the actual production.

Comcaster is an ideal way to pour concrete, especially when making architectural concrete, due to the accuracy in guiding the flow of concrete into the mould.

BETEMI COLUMN PROCESS

High -quality round Betemi columns are cast by using a unique shotcreting process which ensures that the columns are of consistent quality, compact and perfectly round, cylindrical and conical. Tapered shapes are also possible.
Betemi columns are typically used in facades, single-story frame columns, balcony columns, polished columns and different shell units. Columns can be used as architectural and structural columns.

Dimensions:

  • diameter 160-1200 mm
  • length max. 4 meters
  • core diameter 60-1000 mm
  • concrete coat thickness 50-130 mm

Savings in mould and raw material costs

Betemi columns are produced by shotcreting.
The core of the unit is a tube, around which the reinforcement for the unit is assembled. Concrete is slowly sprayed around the rotating core tube.
The excess concrete is then cut off and recycled.


Benefits of the shotcreting process are both economic and qualitative due to:

  • no casting pores
  • no mould oil blemishes
  • no mould joint traces
  • automation speeds up the production process and shortens lead times
  • the production of round columns without limitations of moulds
  • when different decorative surfaces are needed, only the outer layer is of more costly material and the internal part can be less expensive gray concrete
  • many surface treatments can be used, grinding, sandblasting, polishing and using colored concrete
  • production equipment require relatively small needed space
