Complete HMI Range
| In addition to the non-intelligent graphic panels
suitable for connection to PacDrive P 600, ELAU also offers embedded and
PC panels for controller based systems. The embedded panel runs on an embedded
operating system and has a 6.4‘‘ color touch display.
The PC panels are optionally equipped with Windows CE.net or Windows
XP and suitable for the controller based PacDrive systems. The PC panels
are available in 6.4‘‘, 10.4‘‘ or 15.1‘‘, each with color TFT touch display.
The graphic panels are suitable for connection to the PC based controller
PacDrive P600 and come with 10.4‘‘ or 15.1‘‘ color TFT touch display.

PacDrive™ drives
| The PacDrive family offers a broad power range. It can handle everything from paper converting to palletizing.
Each motor has a smart chip inside, which the drive automatically recognizes at setup. Feedback is absolute and extremely precise, as required for Gen3 functionalities and beyond. Intelligent drives perform all the tasks needed for precise motor control. For maximum efficiency, all motion tasks are in the controller. This is why ELAU can run so many drives on a single controller. The digital MC-4 MotorController is characterized by its compact and independent structure with wall mounting fixtures as well as state-of-the-art technology. The innovative MC-4 has the power supply unit, the power output stage and the software controller for an axis all in one casing, which saves space. As it communicates with the controllers only via fiber-optic cables, it is also suitable for distributed structures. It requires no user program, processes single- or multi-turn encoders in the standard version and configures itself with the help of the electronic type plate in the motor. |

PacDrive SCL-055 - Motor and Amplifier in One
| Thanks
to its trapezoid shape, the new PacDrive SCL-055 servo drive can be
perfectly integrated in the turning table and mounted right next to
each other. What makes this servo drive so special are its integrated
electronics, which render void additional amplifiers and thus switching
cabinets on the turning table. This milestone makes particular sense
for applications in the packaging sector, e.g. capping, as the low
space requirement is a major advantage particularly in the beverage
industry. The user enjoys easy and cost-effective wiring, as there is
only one connection cable for each SCL.
The new servo drive with its high IP 67 protection means is ideally suited for wet applications – apart from the beverage sector, this includes liquid pharmaceuticals or liquid food. Hart Coat® makes the PacDrive SCL resistant to chemicals, which are necessary for aseptic filling. The reinforced A bearing permits a higher radial load, which makes the drive suitable for direct combination with a belt drive. |

| The SCL-055 servo drive is perfectly suited for wet applications.
The drive has a high performance density, low loss and ELAU compatible high-resolution encoder with electronic type plate (Sincos, 1 mn pieces of information per revolution). rpm. Up to 99 PacDrive SCL-055 servo drives can be handled by one PacDrive controller. SCL Highlights:
